Tenant credit reports from Xactus give you the ability to evaluate tenants’ creditworthiness through their credit scores and credit histories. All tenant credit reports from TenantReports.com can include the applicant’s credit score from the credit bureau(s) as well as delinquencies, collections, judgments, and bankruptcies. The Tenant Credit Score Card, available with each credit report, also includes a risk assessment module providing a “pass/fail or conditional” rating based on credit and income parameters you establish, as well as:

• History of default or slow payment
• Debt load, existing financial hardships
• Limited credit history
• Identity theft or potential fraud

Note: Detailed credit report data from TransUnion, Experian and Equifax showing account payment history, specific loan information, and account types, etc. are available with an on-site inspection.
