Senior Vice President of Operations

Jamie Veight serves as Senior Vice President of Operations. She has been an instrumental part of the Xactus team since joining the company in 2005. While she has worked primarily in operations, Jamie has also held positions within every part of the Xactus organization, performing functions in compliance and client education and training programs. Under her leadership, Xactus has achieved significant growth and success, thanks to her ability to merge the five companies that now comprise Xactus into a cohesive unit. She oversaw the merging of technology platforms and customer service teams, which has led to greater efficiencies and productivity.

Now, she oversees all internal operations helping build strong customer relationships, creating efficiencies and maximizing workflows and performance. Her top priority is ensuring a high-level of service is provided to our clients. As an experienced leader, Jamie oversees a talented group of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure all aspects of Xactus’ operations run smoothly. She works closely with her team to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Jamie has been a volunteer through the Medical Reserve Corps since 2012, where she offers her expertise in administration and strategy. She also spends time volunteering with Kids Against Hunger, a non-profit organization that provides nutritious food to underserved children and families.
