I hereby acknowledge that Xactus does not guarantee that updates and/or corrections made to a consumer’s national credit file will improve the subject’s credit score. I further acknowledge that the cost of CreditXpert products are in addition to the Xcel ScoreX service fee. I further agree to pay for any corrections and/or updates to the consumer's credit file regardless of the resulting score and regardless of whether or not the borrower/co-borrower qualify for this loan or any future loan. By submitting this order, I certify that the consumer indicative information is true and accurate, to the best of my ability.
