Overview: The September 25th Release introduces updates across Credit Report X, Social Security Verification X, and Management Reports. Enhancements include new compliance safeguards, improved reporting insights, duplicate pull detection, and redesigned report layouts for a more consistent, user-friendly experience.

New Features and Enhancements

Credit Report X (CR^x) and Related Products

• The Dashboard has been updated to display a warning icon for all credit reports that contain a frozen file or missing FICO score.

Social Security Verification X (SS^x)

• SS^xResource documents ordering has been updated with the newly revised version “05-2025” SSA-89 form to remain compliant with Social Security Administration requirements. Effective November 3rd, 2025 form "04-2023" will no longer be accepted by the Social Security Administration.

Management Reports

• Credit Summary Management Report now includes High Credit and Most Recent Lates for all account types to enable easier reporting.
• Management Reports includes a new Credit - Duplicate Analysis Report to streamline detection of duplicate credit pulls, enabling clients to quickly identify the validity of re-pulls, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Tax Transcript X, Operator Audit Log, and Credit Summary Management Reports are redesigned to provide a more visually consistent and user-friendly experience.

Undisclosed Debt X (UD^x)

• A confirmation message has been added when attempting to deactivate a UD^x order in Encompass or in Xactus360 to prevent accidental deactivations.

Fraud Report X (FR^x)

• FR^xFEMA Disaster List has been expanded to include the 'Incident Type', 'Disaster Number' and 'Declaration Type', providing easier identification of impacted properties.

Management Reports

• The Operator Security Event and Score Analysis Management Reports are redesigned to provide a more visually consistent and user-friendly experience.
