SSA-89 – Complete an SSA-89 form and Xactus will submit it to the Social Security Administration (SSA) to confirm that the Social Security number matches the applicant’s name on file. Make sure that the form is completed with the same applicant information (name, address, date of birth, and SSN) that is included in your loan application. Xactus can perform SSA-89 validations for individual consumers or process in batches.
