The purpose of this waiver is to obtain consent for the recording (photos and video) of Client Advisory Board meetings and related events for internal use, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Intent of Use:
The intent of using photos and video recordings is to capture the essence of the Client Advisory Board's collaborative efforts, primarily focusing on networking, team-building activities, and general engagement during meetings and events. These recordings are meant to highlight the positive interactions that take place in a non-confidential, public-facing context. As such, Xactus is committed to ensuring that no confidential or proprietary information shared during the advisory board meetings will be disclosed through these recordings. The content captured will strictly reflect the dynamic and collaborative atmosphere of the event, without revealing any sensitive details discussed during the meeting.
Client Advisory Board Photo and Video Release Form
By signing below, I, [Full Name], hereby grant permission to Xactus (the “Company”) and its representatives, employees, contractors, agents, and any third parties authorized by the Company, to record, photograph, and capture video and/or audio of my participation in Client Advisory Board meetings and related events.
I understand and agree to the following:
1. Use of Media: I acknowledge that any photos, video recordings captured during Client Advisory Board meetings and events may be used by Xactus for promotional, marketing, training, or other business purposes, including but not limited to on the Company website, social media platforms, advertisements, publications, or presentations.
2. Ownership: I understand that all photographs, video recordings taken by Xactus are the exclusive property of the Company and may be used without further approval or compensation to me.
3. Duration of Use: The Company may use the recorded content indefinitely unless otherwise stated, and I consent to such use without any time restrictions.
4. Waiver of Compensation: I understand that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of my image, or video in any of the Company’s materials or promotions.
5. No Obligation to Participate: My participation in Client Advisory Board meetings is voluntary, and I am under no obligation to participate in any photo, video recording.
6. Right to Withdraw Consent: I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by submitting a written request to the Company, though such withdrawal will not affect any uses of my image or recordings made prior to my withdrawal.
