Kevin Ryan

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Ryan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Xactus. In this role, Kevin is guiding the firm’s efforts to streamline its finance and accounting operations. He is also leveraging his extensive experience in data analysis and data management to build a robust, enterprise-wide analytical infrastructure for Xactus.

Prior to joining Xactus, Kevin served as Chief Executive Officer of Keane, the number one unclaimed property service provider in the country. In this role, he guided Keane’s efforts to develop KUPS, an industry-leading unclaimed property reporting technology that was key to the successful sale of the firm to Sovos in 2020/2021. Prior to being named CEO, Kevin was Keane’s CFO and managed finance, IT, HR, and two of the firm’s operating units.

Kevin began his career as an auditor at Deloitte, and then later worked at KPMG specializing in data analysis for forensic investigations. He holds a BS in Accounting from Cabrini University and an MBA from The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. He received one of the top 10 grades in the state when he took Pennsylvania’s CPA exam in November 2000.
